Stargaze Vacation Homes started the way most good ideas do: from personal frustration. We've spent years staying in vacation rentals across the Blue Ridge Mountains and Florida's Gulf Coast, and we kept noticing the same thing. Beautiful properties, poorly presented. Great locations, half empty calendars. Listings that didn't come close to capturing what made a place special, and owners who deserved better results than they were getting.

We built Stargaze Vacation Homes to close that gap.

Philip brings an extensive background in technology sales, marketing, photography, and videography. With an eye for visual storytelling, listing strategy, and revenue optimization built into each property we take on.

Paige brings an instinct for interior design and a genuine feel for what makes a space go from just fine to unforgettable. She's the reason our properties look the way they do from the inside out, the thoughtful details that guests notice, mention in their reviews, and come back for.
