STEP 1: Meet With Us
Getting started begins with a no pressure conversation. We'll walk through how Stargaze works, answer every question you have, and take time to understand your property and what you're hoping to achieve.
If your cabin or beach home is already listed, bring your current numbers and property info and we'll show you exactly where we see room for improvement. If you're starting from scratch, we'll map out what it takes to get you live and generating revenue.

STEP 2: Property Onboarding
Once we move forward together, we'll assess your property with fresh eyes, identifying what's working, what needs attention, and what small improvements could meaningfully impact your bookings and reviews.
We'll coordinate professional photography, provide a full supplies checklist, set up smart lock access, and handle every detail needed to present your property at its best. Before anything goes live, you'll review and sign a hosting agreement that outlines exactly how the partnership works.
STEP 3: Listing Launch
With the foundation in place, we'll build or optimize your listing across Airbnb, Vrbo, and other sites along with our own direct booking site. That means a compelling headline, keyword optimized description, proper SEO, photo ordering designed for better click throughs, and pricing strategy configured from day one.

STEP 4: Go Live and Grow
Your listing is live. The operating systems are in place and running. We manage everything from here.
You'll receive a monthly owner report showing booking revenue, occupancy data, and a summary of property activity. Rental income deposits directly to your bank account. We handle the rest from guests, cleaners, vendors, reviews, and everything in between.
